The most critical factor determining where your budget goes in Meta ads is your target audience. No matter how powerful your creative is, an ad shown to the wrong people is wasted money. 1. Interest-Based Targeting and Hidden Interests

Interests visible in Meta Ads Manager are superficial and competitive, often resulting in high CPM. The real opportunity lies in hidden interests accessible via Meta's API. These interests are less competitive, more niche, and often deliver much higher conversion rates.
