Do I need a Facebook Business Manager account?
Yes. To connect your Meta ad accounts to Adsaify, you need a Facebook Business Manager account with Admin access to at least one Ad Account. If you don't have one yet, you can create it for free at business.facebook.com.
Can I manage multiple clients or brands under one Adsaify account?
Yes. Adsaify supports multiple Ad Accounts under a single workspace on Growth and Agency plans. Each Ad Account has its own campaigns, budgets, and reports. For agencies, the Agency plan also includes white-label reporting and additional team member seats.
How does the AI decide what ad copy to generate?
When you create a campaign, you provide a brief describing your product, goal, and any specific offer or angle. Adsaify's AI uses this context along with your historical campaign performance data (if available) and industry best practices to generate multiple copy variations optimized for engagement and conversions.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does the cancellation policy work?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Your campaign data and reports are retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Is my advertising data safe with Adsaify?
Yes. Adsaify accesses your Meta data only through the official Meta Marketing API using OAuth-based authorization. We never store your Facebook credentials. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. You can revoke Adsaify's access from your Meta Business Manager at any time.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are tokenized by Stripe and never stored on Adsaify's servers. For annual plans, you can also pay via bank transfer (IBAN).
Can I add my company details to my invoices?
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing > Company Information to add your company name, tax ID, VAT number, and billing address. These details will appear on all future invoices. For past invoices, contact our support team.
