Adsaify is an AI-powered advertising technology infrastructure provided by Gegify. Our platform allows users to automatically set up, track, and scale Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad campaigns. By using our platform, you accept the opportunities and limits provided by this technological infrastructure.

Users assume the following responsibilities while using Adsaify:

• API Access
  Management of authorizations given to your Meta Business account belongs to the user.
• Content Compliance
  Compliance of the created ads with Meta Advertising Policies is the responsibility of the user.
• Budget Approval
  Budget increases or optimizations recommended by AI are carried out with user approval.
• Confidential Information
  Protection of platform passwords and API keys is the obligation of the user.

Although Adsaify uses advanced algorithms, it does not guarantee a definite increase in ad performance or a fixed conversion rate (ROAS). Ad results may vary depending on market conditions, product quality, and external factors.

The platform serves as a technical tool and the final decision-maker is always the user.

Subscriptions are made in monthly or annual cycles. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. In case of cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are considered in case of a technical error.
