Privacy Policy

We process only the data needed to provide the service:

• Account details: name, email address, an irreversible hash of your password, and language preference. If you sign in with Google, the name, email address and profile picture of your Google account.
• Meta connection: when you connect your Meta account, the access token issued by Meta, the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you select, and the campaign, ad and performance data in those accounts.
• Content you provide: website addresses you have analysed, images and videos you upload, text you write and content you generate with AI.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device information, session records and error logs.
• Payment information: payments are taken by Dodo Payments. Your card details never reach us and are not stored in our systems; we receive only the payment status, amount and subscription information.

• To create your account, manage your session and provide the service.
• To create, publish and pause campaigns in your Meta ad account on your instruction and to show their results.
• To generate ad drafts, copy, images and videos.
• To run the automation rules you create.
• To handle subscription, billing and support, and to send account-related emails.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Access to your Meta account is provided through Meta's official login screen and API, with the permissions you grant. We never see your Facebook or Instagram password. We use data received from Meta only to provide the service to you; we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for advertising. You can remove access at any time under "Business integrations" in your Meta settings.

We do not sell your data. To provide the service we share it with the following providers, only to the extent needed:

• Meta Platforms: to create and manage your ads.
• AI providers (Google and OpenAI): content you submit for text, image and video generation is sent to these providers.
• Dodo Payments: for payments, subscriptions and invoicing.
• Hosting, file storage and email delivery providers.
• Google Analytics: to measure use of the site, subject to your cookie choice.
• Competent authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of the providers we use are located outside Türkiye, so your data may be processed on servers abroad. By using the service you accept that this transfer is necessary to provide it.

We keep your data for as long as your account is open. When you ask for your account to be deleted, data is deleted within a reasonable time, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and transaction records. Campaigns in your Meta ad account remain on Meta, where you manage them. Visit and usage measurement records (shortened IP address, approximate location, device information, pages viewed) are deleted automatically 12 months after the last activity.

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored irreversibly and access to data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe.

Under applicable law (Turkish Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to request a copy. Send requests to info@adsaify.com. You can also ask for deletion of data shared through Meta at the same address.

Adsaify is not designed for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
