Common Errors and Solutions
Diagnose and resolve common issues with campaigns, account connections, billing, and integrations.
Running digital advertising campaigns involves many moving parts. Adsaify surfaces errors clearly with actionable guidance, but here is a detailed reference for the most frequently encountered issues.
Ad Rejected by Meta
This is one of the most common issues. Meta has strict advertising policies that apply to ad copy, creative images, landing pages, and target audiences. Common rejection reasons include:
What to do: Click on the rejected ad in Adsaify and view the 'Rejection Reason' panel. This shows Meta's specific policy citation. Edit the ad copy or creative accordingly, then click 'Resubmit for Review'. Most reviews are completed within 24 hours.
OAuth / Authorization Error
This error appears when Adsaify loses its authorized connection to your Meta account. It can be triggered by: changing your Facebook password, revoking Adsaify's access in Meta Business Manager, or Meta refreshing its security tokens. To fix this, go to Settings > Integrations, click 'Reconnect' next to Meta, and complete the authorization flow again. All existing campaigns will resume automatically.
Campaign Stuck in 'In Review'
Meta typically reviews ads within 24 hours, but during high-traffic periods (holidays, major sale events), reviews can take up to 48–72 hours. If your campaign has been in review for more than 3 days, duplicate the ad and resubmit it. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Budget Not Spending (Underspending)
If your campaign is active but not spending its full daily budget, possible causes include:
Pixel Not Tracking Conversions
If your Meta Pixel is connected but not recording conversions in Adsaify reports, first verify that the Pixel is correctly installed on your website using the Meta Pixel Helper browser extension. Then check that the correct conversion event (e.g., 'Purchase', 'Lead') is selected as the optimization goal in your campaign settings. If the Pixel fires on the wrong page or the event name does not match, conversions will not be attributed correctly.
Login Issues
If you cannot log in to Adsaify, first try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. If you use Google or Facebook single sign-on, make sure you're using the same social account you registered with. If you have 2FA enabled and have lost access to your authenticator app, contact our support team with your account email and a brief description for identity verification.
