Adsaify offers flexible subscription plans designed to grow with your business. All billing is handled automatically and transparently — you always know what you're paying for and why.
Subscription Plans
Adsaify currently offers three main plans:
All plans include access to the AI Copywriter, audience analysis tools, and Meta integration. Higher plans unlock more AI tokens, additional team member seats, and advanced analytics.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing > Change Plan. When upgrading, the cost difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle is calculated automatically using a pro-rata formula and charged immediately. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — you continue to enjoy your current plan features until then.
Payment Methods
Adsaify accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as IBAN bank transfers for annual plans. To update your card details, go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. Your card information is stored securely via Stripe and never touches our servers directly.
Invoices and Tax
All invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle and sent to your registered email address. You can also download past invoices as PDFs from Settings > Billing > Invoice History. If you need to add your company name, VAT number, or tax office to invoices for business accounting purposes, update these details in Settings > Billing > Company Information before your next billing date.
Annual Plans and Discounts
By choosing annual billing, you receive a 20% discount on all plans compared to the monthly rate. The full annual amount is charged upfront. If you need to cancel an annual plan early, the remaining balance (minus the months already used) is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Failed Payments and Account Suspension
If a payment fails, Adsaify will retry the charge automatically after 3 and 7 days while sending you an email notification. If the payment is still not resolved after 10 days, your campaigns will be paused and your account will enter a read-only state. You can reactivate your account at any time by updating your payment method and settling the outstanding balance from Settings > Billing.
