Adsaify Account Management Guide

Update your profile, manage team members, and securely control your password and authorization settings.

Managing your Adsaify account is designed to be simple and secure. Whether you're a solo advertiser or running a full agency with multiple clients, everything you need is centralized in your account settings panel.


Updating Your Profile

From the Settings > Profile section, you can update your full name, profile photo, phone number, and preferred language. Your email address is linked to your Adsaify login and cannot be changed after registration — if you need to update it, please contact our support team.


Changing Your Password

To change your password, go to Settings > Security. Enter your current password, then set a new one with at least 8 characters including a number and a special character. For your account security, Adsaify will automatically log you out of all active sessions after a password change.


Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA. From Settings > Security, click 'Enable Two-Factor Authentication'. You can use any authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a 6-digit code every time you log in, adding an extra layer of protection to your account.


Adding Team Members

Adsaify supports collaborative workflows for agencies and marketing teams. To invite a teammate, go to Settings > Team Members and click 'Invite User'. Enter their email address and select a role:

  • Admin: Full access to all campaigns, settings, billing, and integrations.
  • Analyst: Can view campaign performance data and reports but cannot create or edit campaigns.
  • Editor: Can create and edit campaigns but has no access to billing or integrations.

  • The invited person will receive an email and can join your workspace immediately.


    Managing Notification Preferences

    You can control which alerts Adsaify sends you from Settings > Notifications. Available notifications include campaign approval/rejection alerts, daily performance summaries, budget threshold warnings, and billing reminders. Each notification type can be toggled for in-app and email delivery independently.


    Closing or Deactivating Your Account

    If you wish to pause your account temporarily, you can cancel your subscription without deleting your data. Your campaigns, creatives, and reports will be retained for 90 days. If you'd like to permanently delete your Adsaify account and all associated data, contact our support team at support@adsaify.com.
