Affiliate Programme Terms

Participation is by application. In the application you state your name, your country, where you will promote Adsaify, and whether you take part as an individual or on behalf of a company. We reserve the right to review the application and to approve it or reject it without giving reasons. Your affiliate link becomes valid only after your application is approved.

• To apply you must be at least 18 years old and have an Adsaify account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping it up to date.

An affiliate is a promotional partner acting independently of Adsaify. The programme does not create an employment, agency, dealership or partnership relationship between the parties. An affiliate may not make commitments on Adsaify's behalf or present themselves as an Adsaify employee or representative.

• Commission is calculated on the first completed subscription payment of a user who signed up through your affiliate link. The current rate is shown in the affiliate panel.
• Commission is calculated in US dollars on the net amount of the payment, excluding taxes.
• No commission arises on renewals, additional token packages or free usage.
• No commission arises on payments that are refunded, disputed (chargeback) or cancelled; if already credited to the balance, it is reversed.
• We may change the rate and the programme terms going forward; a change does not affect commission that arose before it.

In the following cases no commission arises and your participation may be ended:

• Using your own link for your own account or for accounts connected to you.
• Fraudulent methods such as fake accounts, automated clicks or sign-ups, or cookie stuffing.
• Bidding on the Adsaify brand or similar terms as keywords in search engine advertising.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam).
• Making misleading statements about Adsaify, or promising results or discounts that are not guaranteed.
• Hiding that it is advertising: you must disclose the affiliate relationship in your promotions in line with the rules of your country.

• A payout can be requested once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount shown in the panel.
• Payouts are sent to the payout details you save in the panel (IBAN, PayPal or Wise). The account holder must be the same person or company as in the application. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
• Requests are paid within a reasonable time after review. Payment of transactions suspected of fraud, or still within the refund period, may be held during review.
• Bank, currency conversion and intermediary charges may be deducted from the amount paid.

You are responsible for the tax on your commission income and for any legal filings. Adsaify does not provide tax advice on your behalf.

• Before paying, we may ask for the document required by applicable law: an invoice from companies and registered taxpayers; from individuals who are not registered taxpayers, the identity and tax details needed for an expense voucher or an equivalent document.
• Tax withholdings required by law may be deducted from the amount to be paid.
• Payment may be held until the required document or information is provided.
• Affiliates resident outside Türkiye are responsible for their tax obligations in their own country.

To run the programme we keep and process the following records: clicks on your link, sign-ups and payments that came through your link, commission and payout requests, your application details and your saved payout details. These records are used to calculate commission, make payments, prevent fraud and meet the retention obligations of accounting and tax law.

Adsaify's records are decisive for calculating commission. Personal details of the users you refer are not shared with you; the panel shows only enough information to follow your commission. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You may leave the programme at any time. If the terms are breached we may end your participation immediately and cancel commission arising from fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to end the programme altogether; in that case balances that arose properly up to that date and reached the minimum payout amount are paid.

The programme is provided "as is"; no particular income or earnings are guaranteed. Our total liability arising from the programme is limited to the commission paid to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
